Meet our field pipefitter/welding specialist Ashton Frazier. Ashton answered the call to serve our county in 2012 by joining the United States Airforce (USAF). During his service he became a JDAM specialist while serving in the 18th Munition Squadron stationed in Okinawa Japan at the Kadena Air Base. During his career as a professional tradesmen Ashton has worked on several Department of Defense projects throughout the State of Indiana. He mentioned how things have come full circle in his career as a veteran and as a skilled tradesman now working on supporting projects for the United State Military. Freitag-Weinhardt is honored to have you as our employee installing these critical systems required for our United States Military. Employee spotlight! Meet Bobby Dunford our Project Manager. Bobby has worked with us for 14 years and says his favorite part of the job are all the different challenges with engineering, design, and customer’s demands which keeps the job interesting. Bobby’s biggest motivation to come to work each day is the friendly atmosphere and awesome co-workers! His advice to anyone new to the mechanical contracting field is to stay organized, pay attention to details and be proficient in multi-tasking. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, riding side by sides, hunting, fishing and doing anything outdoors. A fun fact about Bobby is that he’s an adrenaline junkie! He has sky dived, cliff jumped and is a certified scuba diver.
