AdventHealth is reimagining hospital food—starting from the ground up. By integrating Freight Farms into their AdventHealth Celebration campus, hospital leaders are tackling food waste, prioritizing nutrition, and setting a new standard for #sustainability in #healthcare. Their Freight Farms are already providing 180 pounds of fresh, hyper-local lettuce every week for each of the three campuses it feeds. Now, they’re hoping to expand—by adding two more Freight Farms this year, with a long-term goal of bringing on-site farming to all their campuses.
