Yesterday, we gathered some of Freestone’s best and brightest for a lively game of trivia in our Seattle office! Beyond the fun and friendly competition, this event was about connecting with colleagues and giving back. The winning team directed their prize funds to the Service Board (tSB), a youth-led organization that empowers high school students from historically marginalized communities through outdoor access, mentorship, and social justice education. This initiative supports the long-term preservation of 67 affordable homes while driving economic impact through job creation and investment in the local community. As the first project under CPC Climate Capital’s allocation from the National Clean Investment Fund, Belmont Dairy sets the stage for future developments that strengthen communities through thoughtful, strategic investment.
