In a fully remote environment, it takes a little extra effort to foster the personal connections that build a strong, unified team. At Freestar we are intentional about creating connections beyond the work we do day-to-day, and cultivating a positive company culture. That's why we incorporated Freestar Friends Fun Facts into our weekly internal newsletter. It’s a lighthearted way for us to get to know our colleagues better; and allows our team members to share some surprising, entertaining, and often hilarious tidbits about themselves. We recently wrapped up our Third Annual Freestar Five Star Fiesta! The Fiesta is a special trip for 12 of our incredible employees (and a guest!) in recognition of their hard work and dedication. This year our team enjoyed some well deserved rest and relaxation in Mexico including a team dinner on the beach, golfing, and enjoying the beautiful atmosphere and amenities at the resort. Here's what a few of our team members had to say about their experience... ??
