Freedom Folk and Soul's foundational year-long program, The Toltec Medicine Wheel of Transformation, will be held in California for the first time starting in August. It will be co-facilitated by Jeremy Pajer, Co-Founder of Freedom Folk & Soul and author and Master Toltec Teacher, and Tina Green, Author, Teacher, and coach. An incredible group of 10 women and men who are at a crossroads in their lives have decided to join us. Two spots are remaining. Could one of them be yours? What is that obstacle that you've been trying to overcome for years? What is the story that is no longer serving you? Where do you hold shame and/or fear? How have you lost your voice? We are so excited for and proud of two members of our Freedom Folk and Soul community
Last night, my co-author, Jayne Feld and I presented on “The Healing Power of Writing” in New Jersey. What an incredibly engaged and wonderful group of people! In addition to the topic, we discussed self-love and grief. It was a very rich conversation, and it was so fun and inspiring! I am so grateful! Thank you to everyone who came.
