F3C launched the Liquidity Fund in June 2020 to take advantage of COVID-related market dislocation. The portfolio performed and, in an effort to generate liquidity, F3C partnered with Labyrinth Capital Partners as lead investor in a tender offer transaction which allowed F3C investors and the General Partner to fully realize their investment.
