Free Flo Fit, co-founded by Shontia Walton and Adaeze Medani, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit health and fitness organization. Our mission is to make health and fitness more affordable, inclusive, and accessible for the minority community. Our vision is to help underprivileged minority communities develop healthy lifestyles through our services. We are changing the culture around health and fitness in our community.
