The Division of Family Services is seeking a human services professional to join their team to assist with the evaluation of the Local Management Board's funded programs to ensure best practices in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) are met. This position will also be responsible for performing data analysis and grant research to measure the effectiveness of resources and how they enhance the lives of Frederick County's children, youth, and families the board serves.
