FRC Team 3255 - The SuperNURDs

Our team had a great time competing at, "Beach Blitz" in Orange County, California this past weekend. We played a very intense set of qualifications with many lessons learned. Going into playoffs we were selected by our good friends on FRC Team 2102, Paradox, from San Dieguito Academy, to join the 8th seed alliance. Together we picked FRC Team 9408, Warbots, from Warren High School, and FRC Team 2658, E-Motion from Rancho Bernardo High School, to join our alliance as our partners. During playoffs, we won the first and second matches in the upper bracket, climbing all the way to the 5th round before being eliminated by the competition champions. We are San Pasqual High School’s Robotics Competition team, FRC Team 3255 - The SuperNURDs. From north San Diego, we are preparing for this year's FIRST Robotics Competition season! Combining the excitement of sports with the rigors of STEM, FRC teams like ourself, design, build, and program 125-pound robots to play an action-packed, alliance-based game, over the course of a six week build season. These robots then compete against other high schools across the world at regional competitions, in the hopes of advancing to the world championship. Each year our students are taught real world engineering skills by industry professionals, who volunteer their time at our meetings. Our team had an amazing time at the FRC 2024 Fairbotics Offseason Event hosted at the?San Diego County Fair! After many intense qualification matches we ended rank 1, and captained the first seeded alliance! During playoffs we partnered with?Canyon Crest Academy's team (3128 The Aluminum Narwhals) and Eastlake High School's team (2543 Titanbot)! After a long fight we won the event together! FIRST Robotics Competition San Diego Regional Recap! Our team had a great time competing at the FRC 2024 San Diego Regional sponsored by Qualcomm! We ranked 2nd out of 51, and captained the second seeded alliance! We partnered with FRC Team 2102 Paradox, and FRC 3341 Option 16! After many intense playoff matches, we made it to the 4th round of playoffs!
