Fraunhofer FOKUS, based in Berlin, Germany, develops solutions for the communication infrastructure of the future. Heute feiern wir den #InternationalenFrauentag (#Frauenkampftag)! Ein wunderbarer Anlass, um die Fortschritte und Errungenschaften, die wir gemeinsam erreicht haben, zu würdigen. Gleichzeitig ist es ein Tag, um uns bewusst zu machen, dass wir weiterhin für Gleichheit und Gerechtigkeit eintreten müssen. Die aktuellen politischen Entwicklungen in Deutschland und weltweit stellen uns vor Herausforderungen, die uns jedoch nicht entmutigen sollten. Stattdessen k?nnen wir diese Zeiten als Ansporn nutzen, um unsere Stimmen zu erheben und aktiv für Gleichstellung zu k?mpfen. An dieser Stelle m?chte ich ein Zitat der britischen Zoologin Lucy Cooke teilen. In ihrem Buch "Bitch" schreibt sie über das inspirierende soziale Gefüge der Bonobos und was wir daraus lernen k?nnen: "Entscheidend für den Machtgewinn von Weibchen ist der starke Zusammenhalt untereinander, ob Familie oder Freundinnen, um ein erdrückendes Patriarchat zu überwinden und egalit?rere Gesellschaft zu f?rdern." Rückblick auf den "Tag der Digitalisierung 2025", der am Mittwoch im Jobcenter des Bezirksamt Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf stattfand: Unser Wissenschaftler Richard Huber hat das Forschungsprojekt ELITE 2.0 vorgestellt. Die Jobcenter-Mitarbeiterinnen und -Mitarbeiter konnten sich vor Ort mit realistischen Angriffsszenarien der Cybersicherheit auseinandersetzten und sich zu effektiven Abwehrstrategien beraten lassen. Vielen Dank für das gro?e Interesse an unserem Exponat! Zus?tzlich bot unser Cybersicherheitsexperte Richard Huber in einem Vortrag einer Gruppe von rund 25 Jobcenter-Mitarbeitenden tiefere Einblicke in die Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung. Hier ging er insbesondere auf die oft untersch?tzten Gefahren der IT-Sicherheit und den steigenden Bedarf an pr?ventiven Ma?nahmen ein. Wir freuen uns auf eine Fortsetzung des Formats im kommenden Jahr, um den Wissenstransfer weiter zu st?rken und das Bewusstsein für #Cybersicherheit in der Arbeitswelt weiter voranzutreiben.
