The mission of Fraternity House, Inc. is to provide warm and caring homes where men and women disabled by HIV/AIDS can receive comprehensive care and services in order to rebuild their health and return to independent living, or where they can spend their last days in comfort and dignity. Fraternity House in Elfin Forest is home to 8 men, while Michaelle House in Vista serves 12 women and men. We are a NON-PROFIT organization (tax ID #33-0306861) that gladly accepts donations in order to serve our low-income residents.

  • Fiscal Year 2024- Keeping Love Alive through Impactful Programs We're thrilled to share the incredible achievements of Fraternity House, Inc. in Fiscal year 2024. This year we: - Strengthened stability by successfully launching and formalizing our Alumni Programs ensuring sustained housing stability for graduates and empowering them to thrive long-term. - Identified opportunity to expand support by initiating a program offering free mental health counseling to our residents to address critical needs, unaddressed trauma, and improve overall wellbeing. - Provided essential services through programs like our Semi-Independent Living program that offers vital case management and affordable housing to individuals living with HIV/AIDS. -Made a difference with over 10,600 nights of shelter to vulnerable persons living with HIV/AIDS and provided crucial support during some of the most challenging times for people. -Improved health outcomes by supporting 100% of our residents obtain an undetectable viral load status. These achievements, combined with countless others, speak to our comprehensive care and dedication to improving health outcomes for San Diegans living with HIV/AIDS. Our success is only possible because of the dedication of our incredible staff, the unwavering support of our partners, and the generosity of our community.
