We are proud to support this incredible team alongside other local businesses in the Sterling area. A huge shoutout to their dedicated advisor, Alexis Rivera, who works countless hours to help these talented students grow and succeed. Their hard work is paying off as they gear up to compete in the Central Illinois Regional FIRST Robotics Competition at Bradley University’s Renaissance Coliseum in Peoria, IL, from March 19–22, 2025. The Golden Bots (Team #6651) will compete against 35 other high school teams, including some of the best in Illinois and beyond. This FIRST Robotics Competition challenges students to design, build, and program robots to compete in an exciting game—this year's challenge is "REEFSCAPE," presented by Haas! The event is open to the public, offering a great chance to see innovation and teamwork.
