Our team partnered with Walnut Capital, PJ Dick - Trumbull - Lindy, and Strada Architects to bring this 5,600 sq. ft. spec suite to life—designed to impress and move-in ready. We used Falkbuilt Ltd. for sleek, tech-integrated walls that sped up construction without sacrificing design, and AMQ furniture for its modern style, quick ship, and ergonomic comfort. By integrating prefabricated construction, ergonomic furniture, and smart space planning, our teams were able to create a dynamic workplace that fosters collaboration while accommodating focused work—making it an ideal solution for employees returning to the office.

Our team carefully selected stylish, functional furniture that complements the modern aesthetic while offering flexibility for future needs. This immersive visualization allowed the client to experience their workplace design firsthand, helping them make informed decisions about layout, technology integration, and furniture selections with confidence. The result? A flexible, engaging environment that empowers employees—whether they’re collaborating in team spaces or finding focus on hybrid workdays.
