To Whom This May Concern, I am a resident at Catalina Crossing Apartments. I have only been out here for one year. I truly enjoyed my stay. The front office has an amazing receptionist. She is welcoming, gentle and easy to engage in a conversation. The reason for this letter is to applaud the maintenance staff. men it snowed in January, Mr. Travis laid salt on the sidewalk, two days in a row. We just received more snow, and he did the same thing again. What really impressed me was that on February 20th Mr. Travis arrived at work around 6:00 am. By 7:00 am he was out there manually shoveling snow to clear the sidewalk. A couple of hours later he was using a snowplow. From my view, Mr. Travis cleared the sidewalk completely. Again, he laid salt down. Not only did he do the sidewalk he also did the streets. Mr. Travis did all this alone. Awesome job. Later that afternoon two trucks came through and pushed the snow to the side. Cleared the street even more. Thank you. On February 21 st, Mr. Travis and Mr. Shawn were trying to clear the steps to be best of their abilities. I have lived in other apartments complex and none of them have treated their residents with this type of care. He made me feel comfortable going outside if I needed to. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. Again, I do applaud Mr. Travis for an outstanding job. -?Your Home. Your Future.
