Formative has partnered with Franken Construction on a new Skilled Nursing Home Facility for Rio Arriba County. The first of its kind in the County, the 33,000 square foot facility will offer 60 skilled nursing beds and 12 rehabilitation beds. The larger program and design lends itself to healing with natural materials, shaded outdoor spaces, plenty of natural light, a gym, and multi-use activity rooms.
