Excited to share a video from our #ribboncutting of Bucknell Square and Girard Commons, a collection of 73 affordable homes located in the Brewerytown/Sharswood neighborhood of #Philadelphia. This project is on the site of the former Norman Blumberg Apartments, where along with our partners, we have now welcomed #homeowners into their first #affordable homes! We are grateful to our partners at Philadelphia Housing Authority, Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development & Mid Penn Bank, for helping us make #workforce #housing opportunities a reality for Philadelphians.
