Today I’m reflecting on the power of gratitude and the importance of appreciating what matters most—family, friends, health, and this wonderful thing we get to do every day-LIFE. Thanksgiving is such a great opportunity to slow down and count our blessings. Gratitude shifts our perspective, turning challenges into lessons and moments into memories. Thank you for my family, our health, and the 20+ years I’ve been able to work with so many incredible and brave people. In my 20+ years of helping people become business owners, I’ve gained quite a lot of perspective on change & transition. A few years ago an awesome colleague of mine talked about the “I don’t have to, I get to” theory. Replace “I have to, with I get to”. This is a life changing perspective and it only takes a small tweak to our mindset. I get to work out every day. I get to be a parent to these kids. I get to go to a job and make money every day. I get to clean up after my family. Think back to a time where you dreamed of being where you are today. Doesn’t that feel great? ?????????????????? ?????????????? ????????????????????.
