Today, we are proud to recognize Kelly in honor of #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth. Kelly was diagnosed with Stage 2B breast cancer in 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic. As she began chemotherapy treatments, hospital restrictions meant her husband couldn’t accompany her. To support her from outside, he created a heartfelt sign that read, "I can't be with you, but I'm here." That sign went viral, resonating with so many and symbolizing love during such challenging times. We are strong and powerful, we are honest and empathetic while still understanding this is a business and we will win together because we work really hard. When I pick up the phone to any of my partners it is answered no matter the time or day." Stacy reflects on how important her support system of not only family and friends but also understanding business partners has been to her journey to recovery. Meet Leanne who has truly valued being able to talk, cry (& even laugh about some of the crazy things that happen!), share tips & advice for getting through each stage with her coworkers and community. "I wanted to share my story & have been very open about talking about my journey to make sure other women going through this know they are not alone. It is my hope that I can make them feel comfortable to come talk to me- I am willing to share the good, the bad & the crazy! The more we talk & share with each other the more we support each other." By sharing her story, she hopes to encourage her community to be their own advocate of their health. Her story is one of gratitude and happy endings which would not be possible without early detection. She says, "women are powerful and strong, and I love to be part of that fabric at francesca's. If I can help someone or give someone hope that is dealing with cancer, either themselves or someone they love, then I feel like I have a purpose. I am here to listen if anyone needs me!" When asked about her biggest accomplishment with francesca's she said,?"Working on the re-design of our Galleria & Domain boutiques was an exciting experience." Thank you for your dedication to our brand and our beautiful boutiques, Katelin - they wouldn't be the same without you!

In honor of 25 years of francesca's, we are highlighting very important members of our #franfam who have been there through it all. Meet Carlye celebrating 11 years with the brand! When asked about her biggest accomplishment with francesca's she said, "Throughout my years with the brand, I have been a part of 10+ new boutique openings and/or remodels. This has allowed me to strengthen my visual skills and has become a true passion of mine. Watching our boutiques evolve from a 'maximalist' style to a lighter and more simplified setting. As aesthetics are ever changing, it continues to fuel and challenge my creative drive." ?

In honor of 25 years of francesca's, we are highlighting very important members of our #franfam who have been there through it all. Meet Peter Warren, CFI, celebrating 12 years with the brand! When asked about his favorite era at francesca's he said, "There have been a lot of changes and evolutions over the last twelve years. There have definitely been some highs and sadly some lows. I think the greatest thing to happen during all the “eras” is watching the company grow and evolve over the years all while never losing sight of the culture that makes francesca’s truly such great place to be! ?What I don't miss is the faux painted ceilings & walls."

When asked about her favorite era at francesca's she said, "My favorite Fran Era was during the 2010's. I was not only promoted to BTL during this time but the fashion was unmatched- lots of color, print, and tons of accessories!"
