AI is Already in Your Business. Are You in Control? We hear it all the time… "We’re not a tech company. We don’t know where to begin with AI." "Our team is using AI tools, but we have no idea what data they are putting into them." AI is already in your business.? Your employees are using it.? Your competitors are using it. The real risk is not AI itself. It is using it without a strategy. Without a plan, AI can expose sensitive data, create compliance risks, and automate the wrong processes. FractionX helps businesses without deep technical expertise take control of AI adoption. Identify where AI makes sense. Not every tool is the right tool. We help you focus on real business value. Put the right guardrails in place. AI without governance is a liability. We help you set clear policies for safe, effective use. Test AI the right way. AI in manufacturing is different from AI in finance or retail. We help you start smart, measure impact, and scale responsibly. AI is not just for tech companies. It is for any company that wants to stay competitive. The difference between success and regret is strategy. If you are not sure where to start, that is where we come in ??♀? Let’s get it right together ?? Tracey Seward Heide Garrigan Darren Hoch

All Things Open Conference AI confirmed what we’ve been saying all along: AI adoption isn’t just about technology!! Both the sessions and the conversations we had this week made one thing clear...companies want AI, but they are struggling to implement it in a way that actually works for their teams. ?????????????????? ???????? ???? ???????? ?????????????? ????????. ???????????????????? ??????’?? ???????? ?????? ???? ???????? ???? ??????. ???????????????????? ???? ???? ???????????????????????? ?????????? ???? ?????????????? ?? ??????????????. That is exactly why FractionX takes a culture-first approach to AI. AI isn’t a magic button. It needs to be messaged correctly, integrated into workflows, and aligned with real business outcomes. Great job to Todd, Mark, the speakers, volunteers, and the board of All Things Open Conference AI for putting together such a fantastic event. We enjoyed being part of the first dedicated AI track and look forward to continuing the conversation. At FractionX we believe AI only works when people understand it, trust it, and see how it fits into their day-to-day work. Want to talk about how to bring AI into your business without chaos and confusion? We’re here.??

We're hearing from many IT light businesses like farming and manufacturing that they're paralyzed on where to start on their #AI journey. ?? Most common reasons: ?? Lack of understanding of AI capabilities beyond personal ChatGPT use. ?? Lack of strategy for AI data governance, privacy and security with employees. ?? Fear of impact on a longstanding and loyal workforce. We'll be providing guidance on how to break this paralysis on our Leadership Lab this Thursday 3/13/25 @ 1 PM EST. Come join us! Example of #AI techno-optimism from a customer call today... Customer has techs that run routes to residential homes. Their work is highly regulated. The tech has to know which chemical to apply and how based on the jurisdiction, edifice type, and weather conditions. The customer pays fines and risks lawsuits for application errors. They spend 20 - 40 hours per week in tech and management's time double checking before application. An AI agent trained on regulatory and manufacturer datasets would release a manager to focus on sales. Best estimates, the manager can net 4 - 6 new contracts per week with this reclaimed time. This translates to 25% net new YoY growth which would translate into 5 - 7 net new hires to accommodate the growth in additional routes. We showed them a prototype today. They were blown away (so were we).

The fastest way to kill an AI initiative is to treat it like an IT upgrade instead of a business shift ?? Signs your AI rollout is in trouble: ? IT is leading the charge, but business teams aren’t on board ? Employees don’t trust or know how to use AI outputs ? Data silos make AI insights useless ? Business units are using unauthorized AI tools, creating security risks AI is not just another system to plug in. Without a structured strategy, it will cause more problems than it solves What excites (or terrifies) you about AI? Where do you see AI making the biggest impact in your industry right now? #AIadoption #BusinessStrategy #FutureOfWork

#AI may be free or an easy $20 a month to help you write your resume...but when EVERY line of business in your company buys, it adds up quickly. ?? The folks from CIO dive bring up both the cost and the other existential threat from AI proliferation - #ShadowIT. What other issues do you see? Comment below.

Was it a “bad hire” or a missed opportunity to lead? Too often a misunderstanding of roles, expectations, and working styles is the real reason someone is perceived as a "bad hire" A simple sit-down can change everything: ?? What’s your role? ?? What are my responsibilities? ?? What are you great at? ?? How can we collaborate better? At our last Leadership Lab, we explored the impact of early alignment and communication. The response? ?? Incredible. If you’re leading a team—or stepping into leadership—this is the space to refine your approach. Ready to shift the conversation from “bad hire” to better team? PS - The insights from our last session were too good to leave as a one-time thing—so we’re making this a series! Register today for the next Lab with Heide Garrigan & Tracey Seward

The complexity of data integration is the primary blocker to #AI adoption from our dialogues with customers. The team at Emarketer could not have said it any better. ?? Do you agree? Comments below!
