?? Exciting (somewhat) New Beginning........ Six years ago I started a small solopreneur journey ?? with very limited time and attention to make it grow. TLU mindful consulting LLC was born with my love of coaching senior executives, developing talent management programs, leadership development opportunities and growth of mid level leaders. I did this in my spare time while working full time in a growing career. So as you can imagine very limited time was spent on this. Except for a few friends that moved to new organizations and needed support during my time off from work and my pursuit of my MBA. Through some personal and professional growth the shift of this solopreneur opportunity has shifted and a total rebrand of my website and what I offer has changed....... ?? ??Growth comes in many forms, individual , professional and through supporting others ?? Through this reflection I have decided on three key areas of focus: 1. Fractional HR Leadership to empower your business with Candor & Trust.
