We had a great time hosting last week’s AI in Healthcare Summit. The event brought together ~300 CEOs, investors and policymakers to explore how AI is reshaping healthcare. Here were some of our big takeaways: 1?? The level of adoption and sophistication around gen AI is growing fast. The majority of companies in attendance had real success stories in production. This is true across all major healthcare sectors (payers, providers, pharma, etc.). 2?? We're still in the very early innings. If the technology stopped improving today, it would still propel a decade of positive change across the healthcare industry. 3?? The level of belief in the technology is extremely high. There was a bit of skepticism grounded in challenges with incentives and stakeholder cooperation (e.g. regulators), but broadly speaking there was consensus optimism.
