Last month, Fractile participated in the 2025 Annual Week of Service in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Our team came together to give back to the community - ·??????Saurabh Gangwar, Zubair Siddiqui, and Sahil Gupta volunteered at Lift Me Up!, a therapeutic equine center in Great Falls, VA, ·??????Shalini Priyadarshini supported Habitat ReStore in Silver Spring, MD, ·??????Robby Parker donated blood in partnership with Inova Health at our McLean office. We are honored to be part of these incredible organizations and glad to play a small role in advancing their greater mission!

We are thrilled to welcome our newest team member, Reham Ishtaiwi who is joining as a Sr. BIM Coordinator! With over six years of experience in architecture and BIM management, she has successfully led large teams towards delivering complex international projects, including FIFA World Cup 2022 projects in Qatar. Her expertise and strategic approach to BIM make her a valuable addition to the Fractile family where we are proud to have her. Welcome on board, Reham!

We are delighted to announce the newest member of the Fractile team, Robby Parker. Robby has over a year of experience working at Clark on the Data Analytics and Center of Excellence teams, where he helped build Power BI dashboards to reduce costs and ensure projects reach completion on time by providing insights to project teams. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Virginia and received his M.S. in Commerce from UVA as well. Robby's data analytics and economics background, combined with his experience in developing business process improvements and exploring analytics solutions, makes him a perfect fit for our team at Fractile. New Team Member! We are delighted to announce the newest member of the Fractile Studio LLC team, Sahil Gupta, joining us as a Summer Associate. Sahil brings nearly a decade of industry experience in construction, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and his ongoing pursuit of a Master's in Business Analytics from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. His combination of hands-on expertise and strategic business insights makes him a perfect fit for our team. Sahil is a passionate advocate for technology and has played a focal role in several cloud computing initiatives aimed at streamlining project deliverables. His impressive portfolio includes involvement in prestigious projects such as Underground Metro Stations, Terminal Buildings, and the new Indian Parliament House, where he served as a MEP manager.
