?? What an incredible morning at our FPRA event! A big thank you to AdventHealth Central Florida for hosting and sharing valuable insights on the future of workplace communication. As we approach the end of 2024, Gen Z is set to outnumber Baby Boomers in the office, making it more important than ever to adapt our communication strategies. AdventHealth leaders took us through their innovative approach to internal communications, emphasizing the power of the “Entertainment Quotient” (EQ). ?? EQ is the ability to blend entertainment with information in a way that captures attention, drives engagement, and makes messaging more memorable—something that is essential for connecting with Gen Z employees. As workplace demographics shift, incorporating EQ is no longer optional. It’s key to evolving traditional communication methods to keep employees engaged, informed, and motivated. If we stay on track with EQ, we can boost morale, improve retention, and drive impactful results for our organizations. Thanks again to Amy Pavuk-Gentry, Tricia Edris, Jennifer Roberts, APR and David Breen for sharing your knowledge and insights. And a big thank you to everyone who joined us—let’s keep pushing the boundaries of effective communication! ?? #FPRA #WorkplaceCommunication #InternalComms #AdventHealth #EntertainmentQuotient #EmployeeEngagement #TheTimeIsNow
