Start your weekdays with her forecast on FOX16 News from 7-9 a.m. and on KARK 4 News from 5-7 a.m. for the latest traffic updates. But that’s not all! ? Meteorologist Joel Young, CBM is passing the alarm clock to Julianna and headed to KARK 4 News at noon and 4 p.m. He will also be working to expand our severe weather coverage to keep Arkansans safe when things get rough! ??????????
