In our mission is to empower and support those who serve our communities, state, and nation we want to provide them the essential tools they need to heal and thrive. Those struggling with PTS, anxiety and depression should have tools at home to help them cope. Recognizing the alarming rates of suicide among veterans and first responders, we are dedicated to retraining and rewiring their brains to overcome trauma and find renewed purpose. How do we propose that? By creating tool kits that service members and veterans can take home and begin to use. Not wait for an appointment, not talk if they're not ready, but tools to help comfort, and redirect their thought patterns in the privacy of their own homes. Of course, these kits are free as we hand them out, but they are not free for us, and will either come by monetary donations or actual items for the tool kits. Looking to donate to make a difference?
