Four Winds Adolescent and Adult Partial Hospitalization Programs For those who would benefit from a therapeutic environment that offers supportive and therapeutic structure for a brief period of time, including a step-down level of care for those recently discharged from an inpatient hospital setting while transitioning back into regular routines. Our programs consist of: ? Full day, distinct, age appropriate in-person programming utilizing evidenced based Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Medication Education, Balanced Living and Art therapy groups ? A multi-disciplinary team with on-site medication providers, clinical social workers and RN’s who work together to provide consistent and daily support to each client ? Liaison with community providers, including therapists, case managers and schools to coordinate care ? Discharge planning ? Educational instruction for adolescents ? Individual and group therapy ?
