    Good morning, amazing leaders and changemakers! ?? "Hey, Mike, what’s the deal with this temperament theory thing? Does it really work?" That’s what a friend of mine asked me recently. They were frustrated as a leader - communication was breaking down, their team wasn’t clicking, and collaboration felt more like chaos. Sound familiar? I shared with them that by understanding "temperament theory" in a simple to understand (and remember) framework like Four Lenses, and by applying four simple tools, they could unlock better communication, stronger connections, and a culture that thrives.
