Our Development and Investments platform continues to invest in the growing trend of office-to-industrial conversions with the closing of Plano Midpoint, our seventh project of this kind and second in Dallas. This 22-acre development will replace an outdated office building with two state-of-the-art industrial facilities, addressing the increasing demand for industrial space in Plano. Demolition begins this October, with completion expected in early 2026, marking another step in our strategic focus on transforming underutilized office properties into valuable industrial assets.
