Office demo to industrial conversions are more than a trend; they're a strategic solution. Last week, our Head of Investments, Jonathan Balthrop, joined a panel at the FSU-Kislak Market Strategies Forum to discuss innovative ways to repurpose office spaces. With our D&I team leading the charge, we've closed on or been awarded 8 of these projects in the past 18 months, transforming 1.6M SF of office into 2.5M SF of industrial space. We’re proud to be at the forefront of this movement.
