Happy Anniversary Addison! Addison Washburn celebrated her 2-year anniversary with the bank on November 2nd. Addison is part of the Deposit Services team in our McKenzie Branch. The Deposit Solutions Partner will provide a high level of customer service in the Deposit Services Department. Responsibilities include: ·????????Cash checks, process deposits and withdrawals, and disburse funds after verifying signatures and sufficiency of funds to support the transactions. ·????????Evaluate checks to verify endorsements, dates, identification of persons receiving payments, bank names, and overall legality of the documents. ·????????Discuss and sell the Deposit Services products and answer questions about those products. ·????????Compile and verify the required new account information. ·????????Responsibilities related to the duties directly performed in our Electronic Banking Services may include helping customers with password resets, clearing logins, or resetting PINs for all Internet Banking Services. ? Required skills include: ·????????Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ·????????Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills. ·????????Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs. ·????????Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity.
