A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our ICAN networking events in Washington, D.C., and Baltimore! These events were a fantastic opportunity for our ICIC alumni to reconnect, build new relationships, and explore exciting opportunities for business growth.
Baltimore Highlights:
With 76 attendees, the room was buzzing with energy as local ecosystem partners like M&T Bank, Kaiser Permanente, the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Small & Minority Business Advocacy, and more shared valuable insights. Attendees walked away with amazing giveaways, including a wellness package from Amani Nicol Wellness, a real estate strategy session from The Menkiti Group, and even a Raven's helmet!
D.C. Highlights:
We were thrilled to welcome 64 attendees in D.C., where local partners like Foundation Surety, Blue16Media, and more offered incredible opportunities. Some lucky participants took home exciting prizes, like accounts to a “Netflix for business” platform, real estate sessions, and a Raven's helmet!
Both events offered a space to reconnect, share ideas, and strengthen our community. With 75% of alumni collaborating and doing business together, these events are vital for sparking new partnerships and propelling our businesses forward.
