Congratulations to the ALA Arizona Chapter and the Cyber Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators for being selected as recipients of the #FoundationOfALA’s inaugural Growing Seeds Program! ???? This exciting new initiative provides financial support to ALA members and chapters, helping turn creative ideas into transformative projects for the #legalmanagement profession. Both of these chapters have demonstrated outstanding commitment to growth, innovation and leadership. We’re thrilled to see the incredible impact their projects will have on our community! ?? The Arizona Chapter’s project, the Legal Administrators Training Program and Implementation Seminar, will empower #legaladministrators by equipping aspiring #legalassistants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the field. The seminar component will help administrators bring the program to life in their own firms, strengthening the legal talent pipeline. ?? The Cyber Chapter’s project will introduce a blog and vlog series designed for non-attorney legal administrators, offering best practices, efficiency tips, #legalnews and personal insights. With monthly episodes produced by Chapter Board members — and opportunities for member and partner contributions through interviews, panels and more — this project fills a valuable gap by supporting non-attorney managers, CEOs, CFOs and other legal professionals.
