Hispanic and Latinx heritage month continues through October 15th, and today some residents of Skyline Terrace enjoyed Honduran food for the first time! They also learned about this unique holiday. Residents of our supportive communities for single adults often enjoy outings that build that sense of community.

Wow! What a great gift from Grace Covenant Church. They arrived at Balcones Terrace with a trailer filled with welcome home basket items. Residents are moving in soon and many of them will need household items, so this is incredibly appreciated.

Fridays at our on-site Learning Centers are called Fun Fridays. But, when water is involved, the fun goes to the next level! You can view last Friday's fun at the M Station Learning Center in this video.

Foundation Communities is anxious to start building a new multi-story apartment building on Lamar Square. First, we need to hire a Construction Manager at Risk to help us determine the best construction processes for the site, consult on the design and help us estimate the construction costs. A huge part of last week's Art & Wellness Show at our Bluebonnet Studios was the music. Residents and some staff members from our supportive communities for single adults set the creative tone with their tunes. We do not own the rights to any of this music. Enjoy!

For years our Congressman has been instrumental in helping us secure funding to install solar panels on our affordable apartment communities.
