Friends of the Tipton County Animal Shelter

We are an all volunteer based nonprofit that supports the Tipton County Animal Shelter through coordinating volunteers, fundraising for medical needs and transport, and networking homeless shelter pets to help find their forever homes. FOTCAS started in 2019 as a group of 3 people walking dogs every Thursday and has grown into the fundraising arm of the shelter. We have helped vet and rescue over a hundred animals.
