Our big announcement is ... our name is evolving from Together We Rise to Foster Love. Our mission, vision and various programs will remain the same. The only thing changing about our organization is the name. We decided to update our name to Foster Love as a way to put our mission forward. With the name Foster Love it is clear that we support foster youth, and we hope this shift will inspire more people to get involved. Foster Love formerly Together We Rise is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization comprised of motivated young adults and former foster youth. Our vision is to improve the lives of foster children in America, who often find themselves forgotten and neglected by the public. We collaborate with community partners to bring resources to foster youth and use service-learning and team building activities to educate corporate and individual volunteers on issues surrounding the foster care system. We work with hundreds of foster agencies, social workers, CASA advocates, and other partners to bring our programs to foster youth across the nation. Our foundation has allowed us to provide thousands of foster youth across the country with new bicycles, college supplies, and suitcases so that children do not have to travel from home to home with their belongings in a trash bag.

We had an incredible day at the Ontario, CA Fulfillment Center where GM Michael N., Jaime A., Richard S., Alfredo G., David F., Joe R., Michael F., Celine Babineau & over 50 amazing Ontario team volunteers came together to build bikes and skateboards for Foster Love! ?? Super happy I was able to join in on the event, along with AVP Jessica Tucker, DFO Marcus Tippens, and some retail partners like DM Christopher Brooks, MBA, SQM's Ramon F., Raul P., & SM Julian Luna!! This event truly highlights the Safelite Foundation’s mission to provide safety, stability, and a sense of belonging. For the second year in a row, our Orange County office volunteered at Foster Love Headquarters, supporting their impactful mission of helping children in foster care. Foster Love creates programs that offer meaningful ways for individuals to make a difference, even if they cannot become foster parents. Through collaborations with foster agencies, social workers, CASA advocates, and other partners, they bring hope and resources to foster youth across the country. Our volunteers assisted with packaging brand-new shoes paired with heartfelt notes for children in foster care and prepared supplies for a group of foster kids heading off to camp. We are proud to support Foster Love and their incredible work bringing joy, care, and opportunity to children in need.
