Self-care looks different to everyone, but it's important for all of us. To help our employees take care of themselves, we hosted Revive & Thrive. It was an entire day dedicated to self-care, relaxation, and rejuvenation, all made possible by our amazing partners at Cigna Healthcare. This event gave employees the opportunity to step away from their desks and invest in their physical and mental health. We treated our teams to Olipop and Paint, massage therapy, sound bath meditation, a flu shot and COVID-19 booster vaccine clinic, a myofascial release lesson, a hummus bar, and online learning opportunities. It was amazing to see our people SHINE, which is also a Fossil Group program that delivers a holistic solution that helps employees thrive physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and financially by focusing on long-term, sustainable well-being. Today, Fossil Group marked a significant transition in our company history by hosting a conversation between new CEO?Franco Fogliato?and Chief People and Communications Officer?James Webb. To bring people together for such a momentous day, teams at our Central Station Headquarters kicked off the morning with light networking at our "Warm Welcome" coffee bar and then transitioned to our Town Hall auditorium for the live event. Other employees gathered in meeting spaces at offices around the world or connected to our live webcast from the comfort of their remote set-ups. During the session, Franco shared his passion for the business and our brands, insights into his leadership style, and excitement for new ideas to accelerate our path toward success. Events like this further highlight our commitment to transparent leadership, which we value and prioritize at Fossil Group. Our goal is to meet the needs of our global workforce so they can do their jobs with confidence -- all while having fun!
