Sustainable Impact is a measure for success that will not only multiply your eventual impact, but allow you to defeat burnout while chasing your purpose. It is a much healthier measure for success than just business and money. We need to have those in our view, but they can't be the primary measure, or we're very likely to fall into unhealthy rhythms. #leadership #burnout
