I recently read Ethan Mollick's book 'Co-Intelligence - Living and Working with AI'?that I think is a GREAT read for anyone interested in the intersection of AI and the workplace (link to book on Amazon below). Professor Mollick's Four Rules of Co-Intelligence provide some simple foundational principles for integrating AI into business processes (and life?) that are worth reading, and I was excited by the perspective that AI raises the performance floor for us humans rather than simply outmoding us (also, please note: we are cyborgs!). As someone who works regularly with small and mid-sized businesses it strikes me that the unique differentiator or "moat" that each business owner leverages to drive profit remains?irreplaceable but will be profoundly augmented by AI as its impact on our teams is fully realized.
