The poster summarizes the strategy that Fortrea had implemented during the AEGIS-II cardiovascular outcomes trial to identify potential endpoints using several workstreams that included adverse event review, SAE case review and the analysis of lab tests. This strategy resulted in the detection of 227 additional events that were identified through this process,” representing 24.9% of the total number of positively adjudicated primary endpoint events.
