Celebrating Growth, Teamwork, and Passion This year’s annual staff outing was awesome! We hopped aboard the Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi for an evening of fun, food, and camaraderie. ?? As I looked around, it struck me that the boat was much more crowded than last year! If you compare our team picture from last year to this year, the difference is clear - we have grown, but not just in the numbers. The level of performance, skills, engagement and talent has had to grow as well. What makes our team special is the mix of people - different backgrounds, ages, and experiences. This mix brings fresh perspectives and drives innovation, which is critical to our work. As we continue to build our team, we look for these key qualities.
