A message from David Campbell, Members Circle of Giving Chair: Fort Worth Sister Cities International's Members Circle of Giving is a group of individuals and organizations who believe in the power of international exchange, cultural understanding, and global education. Through annual support, Members Circle donors help fund impactful programs that connect Fort Worth to the world—sending youth on life-changing exchanges, welcoming international delegations, and fostering global partnerships that benefit our city. When I traveled to our sister city of Mbabane, Eswatini, I saw firsthand the power of human connection. I met lifelong friends, experienced new cultures, and witnessed the real impact of international relationships. One moment that will stay with me forever was delivering wheelchairs to those in need. That moment wasn’t just about providing mobility—it was about dignity, opportunity, and service above self. And it was only possible because of Fort Worth Sister Cities. As the organization reflects on 40 years of impact, I invite you to shape the future. By joining the Members Circle, you’re not just supporting an organization - you’re investing in the next generation of globally minded leaders and strengthening Fort Worth’s international presence. Make an impact today and join the Members Circle of Giving: https://lnkd.in/gUpaBGQG

Global experiences through programs like Sister Cities International, especially at a young age, can ignite curiosity and interest that can unlock tremendous potential. There are over 400 Sister Cities programs around the country partnered with hundreds of cities around the world - plenty of opportunities for young people to step outside their comfort zone and visit another country, host a student, or simply try something new. For me, it all happened in 1993. My family hosted a high school kid named Francesco from Reggio Emilia, Italy through Fort Worth Sister Cities International. Fast forward 32 years later, my family welcomed him back to Fort Worth along with other alumni from the ILA 1993 program. It's as if Francesco had never left Texas. For our entire ILA group, the power of that summer experience had a profound impact on how we view the world and our roles in it. We all agreed that those two weeks at such a young age were transformational in forming the foundation of who we are, and key to understanding the concept of being a global citizen. Our world needs more people who can navigate cultural differences and multiple languages. Look up your local Sister Cities or other international exchange program and encourage a young person to sign up.

Exciting innovative company all the way from our sister city in Budapest, Hungary!
This is one of the coolest and most innovative products for public use I've ever seen. Kuube makes one of the best (and only) Smart Benches in the world - solar-powered, anti-graffiti, charging station, cooling station, Wi-Fi, air quality monitor, thermometer, and a bunch of other things. And to top if off, they are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary, which is a Sister City to the City of Fort Worth. Sister Cities International
