In this new leadership role, Brenna will oversee Fort's transactional processes, lease administration, and insurance portfolio - focusing on managing risk, driving value through strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration across teams to support growth.
Shane Markwardt has been promoted to Technology Manager. In this expanded role, Shane will oversee Fort's IT infrastructure, systems, and technology initiatives - focusing on operational excellence, security, and scalability.
David Blusanovics has been promoted to Finance Manager. With his new role in an expanded team, David will take on a more significant role in financial and operational reporting, investor communications, and process improvements, further elevating Fort's ability to deliver industry-leading results and drive portfolio strategy.
