The calm after the storm... Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting 50 representatives from our dealer partners for a two-day event in the UK. The highlight? The launch of our newest chipper, the?Cadet 6—but the real showstopper was the surprise debut of the tracked version. Beyond unveiling new products, our dealers took part in workshops covering marketing, demo training, customer service, troubleshooting, and of course, witnessing the?Cadet 6?in action. Day two brought everyone to our Hampshire HQ, where they toured our facilities, connected with our engineering team, and received updates on our new dealer systems - all capped off with a well-earned?hog roast. A huge thank you to our dealer partners for making the trip, sharing valuable feedback, and helping us identify ways to improve. We’re always eager to learn and grow, and your insights make that possible!

I'm delighted to announce that from March I'll be representing F?rst in Cumbria, the NE and Yorkshire & Humber regions. Moving away from the dealer model, we're going back to providing the best sales and aftercare to our customers through direct contact. Based near York, I'm looking forward to meeting and speaking with as many members of the arb community as I can over the coming months.

The all new Cadet 6 from F?rst - available soon. It’s smaller and lighter but it still has a 6” x 8” capacity. It rocks a 23hp petrol engine and tears through green waste with ease.
