Excited to launch this news today! ?? ?? ?? Each year, Overland Expo editors are put to the task of building their vision of the ultimate overland vehicle. Partnering with GMC using the already overland-capable Canyon AT4X this year, we hand-selected products developed by our network of world-class manufacturers to outfit this mid-size truck into our ideal overlander. The results exceeded our expectations. Check the Canyon out in person next weekend as part of Overland Expo West May 17-19 in Flagstaff, AZ in the Overland Expo Foundation booth. The Canyon will travel all over the country this summer with our editors and hand selected journalists, visiting all four Overland Expos on the way. Earlier this year vvildwood started production on a series of short films on various Veterans stories for Forrest Tool Company, Inc. Brian Flynn was our first veteran highlighted in the series. Brian's military career spanned from his short time as a Cavalry Scout in the big Army to being in 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) - US Army for the majority of his career. This series is highlighting Veterans who worked with the Forrest Tool MAX gear during their service. This has been a fun project to kick off the ground for me as I am no stranger to the MAX. During my time at Fort Wainwright, a MAX was apart of almost every single vehicle and ahkio sled. Being able to now come full circle and work with the company on their branding side is super exciting.
