Some customers are seeing intermittent delivery failure of SMS messages and/or SMS messages that have already gone out for delivery with a signing link may not render the provided document for signature. ???????? ?????? ???????? ??????????? The source of the issue was confirmed on July 20th and the root cause was identified to begin on July 18th at 10:18 PM ET ???????? ???? ????????????????? ? SMS messages may not be delivered ? SMS messages sent on or after this date and time and with a signing link will not render the provided document for signature. ???????????????????????????? Email notifications are not impacted during this time therefore we recommend utilizing or configuring standard email notifications. ????????????????????
