Diversity and inclusion are more than just buzz words at FKA. With nearly half of FKA staff consisting of people of color, we nurture a culture that celebrates, values, and leverages diversity. Through programs like adfellows, 4A’s MAIP, and 4A’s Vanguard program, we seek, support, and develop diverse talent. Because inclusive hiring and mentoring are not enough, we also created our Anti-Bias Group to drive inclusivity into the work we put into the world on behalf of our clients.
