The Formation Interests Team is proud to announce the sale of Urban District 290 in Houston, our third investment in the Houston market. This project is a great case study of Formation’s focus towards urban development/redevelopment in growth markets. Totaling 238,000 square feet in two buildings, this project was a bear to get done due to a variety of factors but we couldn’t be more excited to see a new company/user buy this and call it home. Big thanks to Nathan Wynne and Jason Dillee for their help securing the sale. Excited to have Colton Runnels join the Formation Team!?Colton will bring his extensive CRE knowledge base to help the Formation Team continue its growth in both industrial development and acquisitions throughout the Southwest U.S. Colton is a native Texan, triple major from Baylor and he was once considering CIA work (after being selected out of hundreds of candidates!). Another corporate retreat is in the books, this time in Flagstaff, Arizona. The mountain backdrop was amazing and very reminiscent of our company logo which represents permanency, differentiation and rising above the rest. As we embark into the first year of Formation’s existence, we are so grateful for the team that has poured its heart and soul into making this company great. A great group that has accomplished a lot and that has a bright future ahead.

We are proud to announce the groundbreaking of Formation Park 10 - Phase 1 in Goodyear AZ!! This will be Formation Interests first project in the Phoenix market and certainly the first of many more. Totaling over 425,000 SF in two buildings, with a 5 acre park as the centerpiece for this one of a kind development, Formation Park 10 is truly a spectacular project. Congratulations to Mike Gilbert and all of his effort in pulling this off in the most challenging capital markets environment we have ever seen.
