What a great honor to have our Urban District 290 project nominated for Houston's 2025 Landmark Award. A storied project that could not have happened without the help from so many folks. Formation Park 10 - Phase 1 is nearing completion! This project features 427,000 SF of shallow bay product with spec suites available and fully HVAC'd warehouse. A one of a kind project, FP10 features sleek exterior design elements and colors and beautiful modern storefronts. Most importantly, this project features a 4 acre park with seating areas, games, a covered ramada, and more! Project completion is slated for June. The Formation Interests Team is proud to announce the sale of Urban District 290 in Houston, our third investment in the Houston market. This project is a great case study of Formation’s focus towards urban development/redevelopment in growth markets. Totaling 238,000 square feet in two buildings, this project was a bear to get done due to a variety of factors but we couldn’t be more excited to see a new company/user buy this and call it home. Excited to have Colton Runnels join the Formation Team!?Colton will bring his extensive CRE knowledge base to help the Formation Team continue its growth in both industrial development and acquisitions throughout the Southwest U.S. Colton is a native Texan, triple major from Baylor and he was once considering CIA work (after being selected out of hundreds of candidates!). On this Independence Day we are so grateful for this country and the freedoms we are provided with. So grateful for the many lives lost to protect our livelihood as a nation. Let us never forget how we got here. God bless the U.S.A.

Another corporate retreat is in the books, this time in Flagstaff, Arizona. The mountain backdrop was amazing and very reminiscent of our company logo which represents permanency, differentiation and rising above the rest. As we embark into the first year of Formation’s existence, we are so grateful for the team that has poured its heart and soul into making this company great. A great group that has accomplished a lot and that has a bright future ahead.
