An employer's greatest responsibility is to the people that work for you. They trust you with their livelihood by choosing to work for you. And I worry about my employees all the time. Every decision I make can have an impact on their lives and I do not want to betray their trust. I've been traveling pretty much the last 3 and a half weeks. It was a marathon not a sprint. But when i travel the work at home doesn't stop, so I burn the candle at both ends. I make sure that my employees are taken care of from afar. But it takes a toll and I am tired. This is a lot of handsome to maintain on the road working around the clock. I finally got back to the office today and I opened my door and this was standing there. Being a huge Star Wars nerd, I smiled ear to ear. I'll say it one more time for those in the back: An employer's greatest responsibility is to the employees that work for you. That's why an inflatable, light up Darth Vader is the best complement I could get.

Super big shout out to these three wonderful ladies from Messe Düsseldorf North America at the USA Pavilion Exhibitors Lounge in Hall 8b. Yesterday was a crazy busy day, and before I knew it it was 4pm and I completely missed lunch. I went over the the Pavilion to try and find a snack. They had noticed I was busy and asked if gotten to eat lunch. I said no and they SPRUNG INTO ACTION! They all jumped in and put together a plate of delicious and healthy foods so I could have something to eat. I was so grateful for their hospitality. If you are a USA based medical device company that wants to give Medica/Compamed a try, reach out to these guys! They make everything easy and they take care you. Service like this is rare nowadays!
