It's "Spark Week" with ForKids, inc. as they launch their fresh rebrand and I'm literally bouncing in my chair to share this one with you... THE question: How do we genuinely convey the mission of an organization working to break cycles of poverty while honoring the dignity of the families they serve? Our answer emerged through rigorous stakeholder research, revealing a powerful Enneagram archetype alignment. The organization naturally embodies the 1-4-7 harmonic triad: ? Type 1's systematic drive for reform ? Type 4's capacity to acknowledge difficult realities ? Type 7's innovative approach and optimism We developed a system that speaks to both donors and families with equal respect and dignity — sophisticated design language that carefully balances gravity with an iconic "spark" to reflect the potential for transformation. The breakthrough? When we stopped trying to 'sell' homelessness solutions and started channeling their vision of transformed communities. Really proud of how this one came together. With new t-shirts, SPARKling cider, and SPARK face tattoos for all, we drank a toast to SPARKing hope and joy to those who need us most.
